The production manager is responsible for meeting content production deadlines. This includes managing the production team, being responsible for meeting production deadline.
Job description
• Implement and manage the content production team.
• Manage the project schedule and resource estimates.
• Liaise with the customer team that creates the content to be produced.
• Lead communications and status updates on the project and team. 

 Create, update and manage production trackers.
• Set-up quality measures for QA managers.
• Create training manuals / guidelines.
• Find flexible, efficient, and creative ways to solve project and production challenges.
• Finding the most efficient ways to arrange production.
• Making sure that content is produced on time and with excellent quality.
• Hiring and training resources.
Requirements
• Fluent in Russian, Tatar and English.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Creative, reliable, well-organized and enthusiastic.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and different levels of management.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Advanced MS Project, MS Power Point, MS excel skills.
• Media experience (photoshop, dreamweaver, audio and video,  flash…).
